FERME DE MEILLAN

About

Amandine, I’m a farmer. I’m the fourth generation on a small farm south-west of Toulouse in Saint-Araille (31430). I make the most of a hilly area by rearing a herd of 50 Blonde d’Aquitaine cows, as well as growing cereals: wheat, sorghum, beans, soya, sunflower and a variety of meadows.
Attached to the land and the family tradition, and keen to produce healthy, high-quality products, my cows are fed grass and supplemented with cereals and hay produced on the farm.
Aware that our role is to preserve the natural capital that surrounds us: water, land, climate and biodiversity, my farm is run using an agro-ecological system!
