Today, 15 châteaux make up Domaines Paul Mas, expressing all the wonderful terroirs of the Occitanie region through the finest appellations and crus.
Committed to eliminating all chemical products and working the vines in harmony with nature, 40% of the Domaines’ vineyards are certified organic, and 100% are certified HVE3 with biodynamic farming principles.
