About
This magnificent schistous terroir on sloping, sunny hillsides lost in the middle of the Mediterranean vegetation produces concentrated wines with spicy and garrigue scents. Thierry Abbal (5 generations of winegrowers) and his father designed and built their wine-making cellar in 2002. Respectful of the natural rhythm of nature, they cultivate their vineyard in an ancestral way in order to preserve the natural balance of the soil, the plants and the insects. After years of organic conversion, the 2010 harvest is their first year of organic farming.
