Adrien Herre created the Cave Tambour in 1920, in memory of an ancestor who was “Tambour” during the battle of the Col de Banyuls. On the strength of this family tradition, we produce wines of exceptional quality. A winemaker invites you to share his passion through a themed tasting, a tour of the vineyard or even surprise your taste buds through the secrets of a tasting with an introduction to tasting.
