Domaine Stella Nova

About

Located in Caux, near Pézenas, Domaine Stella Nova was created in 2002.
Covering 10 hectares, the vineyard offers a great diversity of terroirs. Between the Villafranchian pebble terraces, with their mix of gravelly clay and basalt, and the white clay-loam terraces, the vineyard is ideal for Languedoc grape varieties.
The vineyard is planted with a variety of traditional grape varieties: syrah, grenache, carignan, mourvèdre, clairette du Languedoc… The vineyard’s human scale enables us to manage the vines biodynamically, thus favoring the balance of life in the soil and the quality of the fruit.
