In 1999, Roger SANTA acquired this magnificent late 19th century property and, after many years of renovation, restored it to its former glory. After many years of renovation, he has restored the property to its former splendor, making it a place where all his friends, especially artists, can meet and socialize.

It was on this magical site that Johnny HALLYDAY also discovered Languedoc wines and invested in the famous cuvée “Terre d’Aumes”, which bears his signature. The wines of Château Saint-Martin de Graves combine the mildness of the Mediterranean climate with the aromatic complexity of the garrigue.

In a calm, green setting, you can organize family celebrations (cousinhoods, christenings, weddings…) with plenty of sleeping space in quality accommodation.
