“Our terroir is where the first Négrettes vines were planted in the 12th century, on a soil of alluvial gravel, giving wines with authentic fruit aromas and great suppleness.
Thanks to controlled grassing and the natural drainage of our plots, we are able to control yields so as to extract their full potential.
Negrette makes up 50% of our blends and 7 ha of our plots. Some of the greatest grape varieties are also present on the estate: syrah, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon and gamay”.
