Visits to the wine producing cellar, wine tasting. Visits to the vineyards possible that overlook the village of Conques.

Historically, the vineyards developed on the grounds of the abbeys founded in the Middle-Ages. Najac, Conques, Saint Côme, Martiel, … the “Vins de Pays de l’Aveyron” has the aim of reintroducing the vine to all these places by finding the old grape varieties that expressed the authenticity of their soil. To be discovered: … the organic vineyard and natural wine of Conques with 15 acres of vineyards in total including 11 acres of red and 4 acres of white wine. These vines planted on the hillside in a soil of schist overlook the village of Conques. All the production is hand picked then the wine produced in private cellars. The wine is sold bottles after being matured in stainless steel vats and barrels.
