About
After a conversion to « viti-oeno » in Macon then months looking for a unique vineyard in the south, we chose to come and live in the centre of the Languedoc. Aspiran, a beautiful village on the edge of the river Hérault near Pezenas, is where we were able to get almost 15 acres of vineyard to create a domain from scratch in 2005. Traditional varieties cultivates without chemical fertilisers or synthetic pesticides. Our vines are vinified naturally and translate their terroir faithfully. They have an identity.
