About

Domaine Pons Gralet is a family-run estate in the Agly Valley, with 9 hectares of vines and 3 hectares of olive trees, which have been farmed organically since 2002. The diversity of soils – limestone, schist, schistose marl, etc. – on sunny hillsides with low yields means that these Carignan, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Macabeu, Muscat, Vermentino and Syrah wines are of the highest quality in terms of taste. To find out more about the work carried out by Christian in the olive groves and Galdric in the vineyards and cellars, you can follow Hélène on a walk that will give you a better understanding of the importance and ancestral particularities of farming in this Mediterranean forest.
