About

The estate now has 26 hectares of vineyards. In the early 2000s, the estate refocused on gentle cultivation techniques.
The recipe is simple: working the vines as closely as possible to the terroir, without fertilizers or weed killers, giving priority to natural products, harvesting a very ripe, very healthy, sorted harvest, and vinification guided by the idea of “making the earth speak”, using indigenous yeasts. The wines are neither fined nor filtered. They are today very beautiful ambassadors of the Négrette grape variety, which for nearly two thousand years has given them their incomparable charm and originality. More than ever, the concern is to make a wine 100% grape juice.

The estate has been officially certified organic since 2011.

The vinifications are guided by the different terroirs. At all times, the idea is to make the earth speak so that the wine is a perfect expression of the grape variety – soil couple. According to this principle, the wines ferment in natural yeasts, present on the skin of the grape, which guarantee the typicity of the grape variety. Red wines are neither fined nor filtered.
A slight natural deposit is then possible without altering the quality of the wine.
