About

Comprising ten hectares of olive trees of the Olivière, Picholine, Picual and Argudeill varieties, cultivated using traditional and organic methods, the estate is entirely dedicated to bringing out the aromas and distinctive characteristics of its produce. Our olives and olive oils are particularly popular as an accompaniment to local specialities and other dishes, whether traditional or inspired by the art of modern cuisine. Green and black table olives, green and black olive tapenades, olive jam and other delicacies… Farm shop: from April to the end of September, Tuesday to Saturday, 5pm–7pm. In July and August, Tuesday to Saturday, 10.00–12.30 and 17.00–19.00. By appointment on 06 14 90 52 51. From October onwards, open by appointment. Self-guided tours with information sheets in French and English in the orchard during shop opening hours. Guided tours (fee applies), approx. 90 minutes, by appointment.
