About

At an altitude of almost 400 metres, with soils of white gneiss interspersed with granite veins and a northerly aspect, this unique terroir gives the estate’s wines remarkable freshness and sapidity. The white wines, with their subtle bitters and saline minerality, are a true revelation of this terroir. The red wines, for their part, seduce with their fine tannins and are distinguished by a structure that is both delicate and deep. The overall approach of the two winemakers goes well beyond biodynamics. It includes practices that respect biodiversity and the living world: plant cover, pastoralism, ‘gentle’ or physiological pruning, traditional grafting and agroforestry are all elements that enrich this working philosophy. In the cellar, this approach continues with natural vinification, where only a little sulphur is used.
