DThe Mirabel estate is located in the Cévennes Piedmont, part of which is on the emblematic lands of the Languedoc Pic Saint Loup appellation. This area, with its slightly cooler climate and “gravette” soil (limestone chips) warmed by the Mediterranean sunshine, boasts an exceptional terroir.

All the estate’s produce is organically grown and certified by ECOCERT.
