Domaine le Conte des Floris is a small estate created in 2000, comprising around 7 hectares of sparsely planted vines in the Coteaux du Languedoc between the communes of Pézenas, Caux and Gabian.
All vines are worked without the use of pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. Vinification is as natural as possible, with very moderate use of sulfur and indigenous yeasts. Through the expression of the different, highly fragmented terroirs, the winemaker seeks finesse and freshness in our wines, rather than concentration and power.
