Domaine le Conte des Floris is a small estate created in 2000 with about 7 hectares of sparse vineyards in the Coteaux du Languedoc between the communes of Pézenas, Caux and Gabian All the vines are worked without the use of pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. The vinification is done as naturally as possible, with a very moderate use of sulfur and indigenous yeasts. Through the expression of the different terroirs, very fragmented, the winemaker seeks finesse and freshness in our wines more than concentration and power.
