In Florensac, 4 hectares of vines live to the rhythm of the Mediterranean. On these Côtes de Thau, the owners have chosen to grow 5 grape varieties. Sauvignon, Viognier and Grenache Blanc for white wine production. Syrah and Cinsault for red and rosé wines.

The vine is the foundation of future wines. It needs to be listened to, respected and watched over – that’s what we call reasonable agriculture. Avoiding extremes in cultivation methods to maintain the fragile balance between culture and nature; a real commitment to biodiversity.
This is the owners’ philosophy for obtaining a healthy harvest and striving to produce wines that are both frank and subtle.
