About

We work as a couple (for the best!) and with great rigor to produce authentic, natural wines natural wines that are as close as possible to our terroir. The entire estate is farmed organically and biodynamically.

The story of this construction begins with a meeting of two souls. As fate would have it, Fanette FESSY and Jean-Baptiste PAQUET were in high school when they discovered they shared the same dream: to invent, create and make their own wine. They both come from long lines of Burgundy winegrowers.
Wine has always been a source of inspiration.
Desire, serendipitous contacts and opportunity led them to discover the
Costières plateau in the Gard department. This deep, rocky land lies between the Camargue to the south and the metropolis of Nîmes to the north.
For the young couple, it was the ideal place to live. They decided to set up their family and winery here. Year after year, harvest after harvest, they lived out their dream.
