Adjacent to the village of Lansargues, between Montpellier and the Petite Camargue, the Enclos de la Croix is a family estate of 23 hectares in a single block. Since its creation in 1814, eight generations have succeeded one another. It is not without pride that Agathe Frezouls, the eighth generation, took over from her father François in 2017. The Enclos is a true jewel case of biodiversity and is part of a highly respectful approach to the environment. Beyond a viticulture labeled Organic Agriculture, the estate is fully committed to agroforestry. Since 2018, more than 2500 trees and shrubs have been planted. The olive grove, orchard and vegetable gardens allow the estate to offer a diversity of organic and local products at the winery (olive oil, pumpkin velouté, apricot jam).
