Geneviève and Guy Libes await your visit in a brand new tasting room. They will introduce you to nectars made from various grape varieties. Vines are grown there on schist slopes planted with garrigue scrubland vegetation of thyme, cistus and holm oaks. The estate has one very original characteristic. Ten thousand years ago, in the locality Le Clot, a “meteorite” is said to have fallen, creating an impact crater measuring 200 metres in diameter and 60 metres deep. This is why the estate’s different productions were given the name of constellations. The tour ends with a small detour to admire the hole made by the celestial body. It can be reached by foot in ten minutes. The site is impressive.
