About
The Domaine des Soulié, a family wine estate in the Saint-Chinian appellation, is located in Assignan in the Hérault department at an altitude of 250 meters on a clay-limestone soil. Rémy Soulié cultivates here 25 hectares of vines in organic farming in the respect of nature and the environment. Discover a diversified range of AOC Saint-Chinian wines and vins de Pays Monts de la Grage. The vineyard is on average 30 years old and gathers the following grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourverdre, Pinot, Merlot, Sauvignon, Roussanne, Marsanne, Malbec, Grenache blanc and gris, Bourboulenc, Chenin. In the cellar, the vat room is in stainless steel and thermoregulated. After the mechanical harvest, the grapes are sorted, destemmed and crushed. All the wines benefit from a traditional vinification.
