The vineyards of the Domaine des Mathurins are located in the village of Cazedarnes. All year long, Nicolas and Emilie Pistre welcome you for a tasty tasting of AOC Saint-Chinian and Pays d’Oc wines. In a warm welcome, they also offer visits, wine walks, classical concerts and themed evenings. Consult our agenda ! The vines of the Domaine des Mathurins are planted throughout the village of Cazedarnes in both clay-limestone and stony areas, which favors the development of wines with a wide range of aromas and raised in a sustainable culture. Nicolas and Emilie Pistre took over the family estate in 2007 and made the choice of organic farming in 2012. Much more than a wine estate… Passionate about music, the winemakers have made the Domaine des Mathurins a place for cultural meetings.
