Our 17 hectares of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan are planted on the south-facing slopes of this schist environment. Their grapes produce very aromatic wines with extraordinary structure and silky tannins that are equally appreciable in recent vintages and after ten years of ageing. During your visit to our cellar door, an exhibition of fossils and a geological map will help you better understand our vineyard’s unique location. Range: Saint-Chinian AOC red and rosé, Vins de Pays, semi-sweet white. Dry white
