Domaine des Chrysopes invites you to discover its 5 organic Pays d’Oc PGI wines, made from grape varieties grown with respect for nature and the dynamics of life.
Bruno Bourret has been passionate about vines from an early age. The grandson of a cooper and the son of a farm worker, he acquired his first vineyard at the age of 20, then gradually expanded his operation.
He has been committed to organic farming since 2009.
Since 2007, he has also been building the estate (cellar, winery and reception room) with his own hands, using Pont du Gard stone to provide natural thermal regulation for wine conservation.
