The Domaine de Pouzac vineyard is located in the Côtes de Thongue appellation zone in the commune of Servian, between Béziers and Pézenas. The utmost care is taken in vinification, to make the most of the terroir and the wide range of grape varieties: Vermentino, Chardonnay, Grenache, Merlot, Syrah, Cinsault, Cabernet-Sauvignon. Controlled yields, ageing in vats and barrels and the signature of winemaker Laurent Bonnet are the recipe for this quality product! Tasting of red, white and rosé wines and guided tour of the estate.
