At the domaine, work in the vineyard is driven by a concern for the environment. Phytosanitary products are banished in favor of plant decoctions and biodynamic preparations.
In the cellar, Alain follows the same logic, practicing completely natural vinification, with no added inputs or sulfur.
The vineyard extends over 13 hectares, where Grenache reigns supreme.
At Domaine Mouressipe, the winemaker makes the wines he loves to drink: fresh and digestible, fine and precise. Genuine little jewels, gourmet sweets, juicy, vibrant and lively… Lovers of natural wines will be delighted.
