Nestled in the foothills of the Montagne Noire in Caux, Domaine de la Resclauze raises and produces quality wines on beautiful land. The policy of the domain has always been to produce the best possible grapes. Almost all of the production is vinified at the estate. According to the owners, “wine is part of a philosophy of life and is shared in moments of conviviality” The vintages are elaborated with patience, passion and delicacy. The vines grow on a dolomite soil, a soil of predilection for the different grape varieties where the whites and the reds mix harmoniously The atypical relief of the terroir allows us to grow vines on hillsides and also to have land on the plain which benefits from a generous amount of sunshine. The diversity of this terroir and the grape varieties of the domain allows to satisfy the most refined palates.
