About
Located in the winegrowing village of Caux, near Pézenas, Domaine de l’Unique is the culmination of the passion and hard work of Jean-Michel Just, independent winegrower, founder and operator of this family estate.
Organic from the outset, Domaine de l’Unique settled on a dozen hectares in 2019, and the first bottles of seven cuvées will see the light of day in 2021.
Domaine de l’Unique produces and markets a range of 7 different wines: two whites, two rosés and three reds, all with the “IGP Pays de l’Hérault” label.
