It was with a touch of madness that Alix and Christophe decided in 2010 to undertake a professional reconversion to live out their dreams and create their own domaine! After training for a few years and criss-crossing the Languedoc vineyards, they settled in Tourbes, near Pézenas, in 2013.
Today, the estate boasts 6 hectares of vines and 4 gîtes. Respect for nature and the environment has always been close to their hearts. So it’s only natural that they should be working towards organic certification by 2020.
Their wines are fresh, lively, full of character, delicious and pleasurable. Wines that reflect their image!
Don’t hesitate to meet them to taste their first vintages and share their passion as producers… What a pleasure!
