It is with a touch of madness that Alix and Christophe decide in 2010 to undertake a professional reconversion to live their dreams and create their own domain! After having trained a few years and having criss-crossed the vineyards of Languedoc, it is in Tourbes, near Pézenas, that they find happiness and that they settle in 2013. Today the estate has 6 hectares of vineyards and 4 gîtes. They have always had at heart the respect of nature and the environment. It is therefore very natural that they have started a process to be labeled organic farming in 2020. Their wines in a few words: freshness, vivacity, character, greed and pleasure. Wines in their image! Don’t hesitate to meet them to taste their first vintages and share their passion as producers.. Only happiness!
