About

The estate is located in the South of France, in the heart of the Languedoc region, in the commune of Carnas, in the Gard department, surrounded by garrigue, in a valley at the foot of the Cévennes.

Vinification takes place in oval concrete vats for better juice-mark exchange for red wines, and in stainless steel vats for whites and rosés. All vats are thermoregulated (hot, cold). We use medium-heated French oak barrels for the vinification and ageing of certain white and red wines.

From vine to glass, our entire approach is based on the desire to create high-quality wines, combining finesse and personality, with respect for the terroir, the product and the consumer.

The estate now uses organic farming methods, as well as the “Demeter biodynamic wines” quality label.
