Domaine de Canto Perlic is a small family vineyard located on a hillside overlooking the town of Gaillac. We currently have 8 hectares of vines and a culture of 10 different grape varieties. We are in organic conversion.

Domaine de Canto Perlic aims to make wines that please, that connect you to our terroir, our family and our values.
We currently have 8 hectares of vines in organic conversion and are dedicated to the sustainable future of this vineyard, as well as to making the world a little better for our children. Therefore, we seek to contribute to the health of our region and our planet.
We do this by:
– not using synthetic fertilizers and pesticides
– practicing elements of regenerative agriculture to capture more CO2 than we emit
– practicing elements of permaculture to improve soil health and contribute to a healthy, natural ecosystem
– reduce waste and save water
We believe that through these actions, we will not only create lasting change, but we will produce higher quality grapes that will yield delicious wines.
