Wine estate: production and sale of white, red and rosé wines.

The domain of Bias is a family domain where we with my brother Alexandre wanted to revive the vineyard of yesteryear, with as grape variety the pinot noir which reveals complex wines all in smoothness adapted to all the moments of a meal, of the chardonnay which associated with the roussanne gives very pleasant white wines, to discover. The climate facilitates the balance of the wines where we have a good balance, which allows a natural vinification with indigenous yeasts. We are in HVE high environmental value, we like to work our vines as our own garden. We make two ranges of wines including the traditional white, rosé and red cuvée and a Rouergue cuvée in white and red matured in barrels in the old cellar of the domain.
