My wines are harvested by hand and vinified in the traditional way. With respect for the winemaking tradition and nature, I use my know-how to produce high quality grapes and wines of character. I have a perfect command of the techniques of my profession: soil analysis, choice of grape varieties, pruning, plot selection, harvesting, leaf removal, maturity control, harvesting…” Reds, rosés, whites, let yourself be tempted by a singular selection of wines that express the richness and singularity of our terroir. AOP Madiran 2015 or Pacherenc du VIC Bilh, make your choice from a rich and varied range. There is something for every taste. The Domaine Benguérats is three centuries old. Louis Mouté-Fardet is at the origin of the restructuring of the vineyard which he carried out in 1970. Today it covers an area of 5.5 hectares.
