Anne-Laure & Marc ROYO took over this vineyard in 2018. Domaine Émile et Rose has been certified organic since 2004. The grapes are harvested by hand, vinified naturally and aged in barrels and terracotta amphorae.
Anne-Laure & Marc ROYO took over this 17-hectare vineyard in 2018. The estate, named Émile et Rose after the first names of the original owners, is made up of low-yield plots on small hillsides, where carignan, aramon, cinsault, grenache, etc. are grown side by side. Here, we use organic farming methods and produce excellent micro-cuvées. Including the almost century-old white carignan planted by our forefathers.
The grapes are harvested by hand, vinified naturally and aged in barrels and terracotta amphorae. The estate has been certified Organic since 2004, and since 2010 has been working according to Biodynamic principles.
