LIKE A PERFUME OF GARRIGUE In 2007, Pierre Gaillard settled in Faugères, seduced by the charm of the Cevennes, its garrigue and the many hillsides that hide there. For several years, Pierre-Antoine, his son, has been gradually taking over. Driven by the same desire to express the terroirs as faithfully as possible, he produces authentic wines. The wines of Cottebrune are decidedly Mediterranean with accents of garrigue. We can always find the Gaillard touch and the mineral framework provided by the schist.
