About

Created in 2001, the estate is made up of vines located in Saint-Chinian, Assignan and Villespassans on clay-limestone soils and vines on schistous soil in Babeau-Bouldoux. Some plots of carignan are more than a century old. The wines (red – white & rosé) are aged in a stone cellar at the foot of the Monts de la Grage. The choice of the winegrowers Emma and Philippe Bordes is based on a reasoned cultivation method which implies a deep reflection on the balance of the parcels, and excludes any other amendment than organic. Each vineyard is harvested by hand, which allows a great attention on the quality of the berries, collected Domain working under the mode of culture Nature et Progrès
