Four generations of enthusiastic wine-growers who are faithful to tradition and quality have contributed to building and running this successful domain. The terraces of the « Restanques » vineyards, growing on volcanic land that is sheltered from the mistral wind facing South East, is a witness to the struggle that generations of wine-growers have had with nature. The wine of the Bois Bories comes from this land.
