Family estate, in Organic Farming since 2002, controlled by Ecocert and Demeter for bio-dynamic farming. Established on limestone soils, endowed with a mild Mediterranean climate, the slopes of Candas are one of the most beautiful expressions of the terroir of the Côtes de Millau. All operations, from manual harvesting to bottling, are carried out at the Domaine.
