ESTATE IN ORGANIC CONVERSION. The estate was born when my parents acquired the first plots of land in 1978, and some plots of land were pulled up to plant the first “improving” grape varieties: Syrah and Grenache. Our working methods are the following: short pruning, leaf removal, “green harvest” at veraison and de-stemming… It was easier, for our parents, to buy thin and stony plots, without interest for big yields, but of great interest, for us, at the level of quality. Time proved us right, for, blessed by the Gods, the Vignes Oubliées are today in the heart of the Cru Minervois La Livinière appellation.
