Gilles Bley knows the history of Cahors and can trace his roots in the AOC vineyard for several generations. His intimate knowledge of Malbec (Côt) and the Tannat vines on his 15 hectares of the estate have led to a desire to create wines that showcase this region’s unprecedented potential for delicacy. Clos Siguier also offers white and rosé wines. Sale and tasting at the property and at the market of Montcuq on Sunday morning.
