About

In the municipality of Azille, at the very heart of Aude Minervois (30 km from Carcassonne and 302 km from Narbonne), our family has been working on our lands for 8 Generations. A wide diversity of grape varieties (16 in total) enables us to produce very rich wines that are recognisable and varied under the Minervois and Vin de Pays d’Oc designations. Aware that our land (and land in general) is fragile, we are committed to protecting it and adding to its value through our vine-growing and wine-making processes. We receive visitors throughout the year in our wine cellar so you can discover our profession and our wines and therefore share in our passion.
