Château Gilbert & Gaillard is two large families united around the passion of an estate and a wine. All the work in the vineyard and the winemaking process is carried out in a family way: children, friends, parents… It is from this work in good humor, respect and the desire to make a good wine that Château Gilbert & Gaillard was born, a Saint-Chinian of character. The terroir of Château Gilbert & Gaillard is quite exceptional.
