The estate gives pride of place to historic grape varieties such as Négrette, Prunelart and Duras, while complying with the strict environmental rules of organic farming and the Vins Méthode Nature label.
The grapes are the result of careful manual tending of the vines and gentle, respectful cultivation of the soil.
The result, after manual harvesting and vatting, is called l’Effrontée, les Négrettes roses… quite a tasting experience!
