On the outskirts of Béziers, perched on the “Puech Cocut” hill overlooking the hinterland, the Château de Raissac winery is a 17th-century Languedoc building that has been in the family since 1828. In the barrel cellar, dug into the limestone rock, you can taste vintages from 11 different grape varieties, as well as discover a selection of regional products. Guest rooms, reception rooms and Ceramics Museum at the Château. Wine range: IGP Pays d’Oc, AOP Languedoc (11 grape varieties).
