Château de Pinet Gaujal de Saint-Bon is the oldest estate in the Picpoul de Pinet appellation. It bears witness to the pinardier châteaux of the Béziers region in the heyday of the Wine Eldorado, and is now certified as a High Environmental Value estate.

Handed down from father to son for 250 years, the château is now run by Simonne Aranud-Gaujal and her daughter Anne-Virginie, who are committed to combining know-how and modernity.
Know-how and authenticity guide all their cuvées, which are characterized by low yields, allowing them to achieve greater concentration and aromatic richness by taking their time in making the wines.
