About
A 23 hectare family property (22 hectares of Côt and 1 of Vermentino) located 17 kms from Cahors on the limestone Causse, Combel-la-Serre come into being in 1998 under the guidance of Jean-Pierre ILBERT, a happy wine producer who is now retired. His son Julien came back to the property in 2003 and now works with his wife, Sophie. Both of them do their best to improve the specific characteristics of their wines, trying to understand and respect their different “terroirs”. The whole estate is cultivated organically (Ecocert label).
