The estate is located in Sauvian. Our estate is located in an elevated terroir called TERRASSES DE BÉZIERS, close to the Mediterranean Sea. This provides us with sea spray and the humidity that helps the grapes ripen.

The estate is located in the commune of Sauvian. Our vineyard is located on an elevated terroir called TERRASSES DE BÉZIERS, in a place called BELCERS, less than a kilometer as the crow flies from the Mediterranean Sea. This allows us to benefit from the sea spray, which is a source of humidity beneficial to the ripening of the grapes.
The vines are planted with improvers such as SYRAH, GRANACHE NOIR, CHARDONNAY, GRENACHE BLANC, MERLOT and CINSAULT. The Château’s voluntary yield is 45 to 50 HL/hectare. There are two harvests before the grapes reach maturity: one in June, the other in July.
