About

The Lauran Cabaret wine cellar is an importante entity in Minervois. Representing 15 % of the total production of the wine Appellation, we offer a diversified wine range. Youndg and fruity wine, wine kept in wooden barrels, full-flavoured and aging wines… Different vinification methods are used (traditional, carbonic maceration, cold vinification) are used. Then the wine age in tanks or barrels before putting them in the bottles. Cellar in Villeneuve Minervois also.
