The Cellier des Capitelles is a wine cellar owned by the SCAV Alliance Minervois cooperative, grouping together the Homps, La Livinière, Rieux, Azillanet and Villalier cellars. The structure produces 160,000 litres of wine and sells 600,000 bottles, some of which are produced using organic farming methods.
